Whatever your starting point, one-on-one personalized support can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Most individuals begin by working with our National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) for one-on-one support and personalized guidance toward their health and wellness goals. When additional nutrition expertise is helpful, you’ll partner with our Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist / Registered Dietitian to offer further support, including nutrition assessment, counseling, meal planning, and practical tools for building healthier eating habits.

Our corporate wellness programs are designed to support the whole person at work. Through interactive workshops and wellness coaching, we help employees develop practical strategies for managing stress, improving health, and building sustainable habits that support both personal and professional wellbeing. This service is for individuals who want to focus specifically on their mental and emotional wellbeing. Connect with our NC Licensed Counselor for a supportive conversation by phone, or meet in person for a guided hike where you can talk while benefiting from the restorative qualities of nature.
