Debbie thrives helping people create maximum health, vitality, and energy. She focuses on the outcomes to give people tools to optimize the quality of their health, energy, and life. She believes there are several factors that contribute to achieving ultimate health including: weight, physical activity, nutrition, stress, sleep, and mindset. She is caring, empathic, energetic, and compassionate toward helping each individual meet their personal goals.

Debbie has 11 years of experience in health and wellness coaching, nutrition education and counseling. She empowers clients to optimize their lifestyle to achieve their best possible well-being. She is highly skilled at collaborating with clients. She supports them to improve their health, prevent and/or manage chronic disease. She empowers people to strive towards an achievable and sustainable healthy lifestyle. She focuses on a healthy diet of whole foods and a healthy plate to fulfill her clients’ dietary needs for a longer, healthier, and stronger life.

Debbie loves cooking, hiking, traveling, and volunteering for Tunnel to Towers Tower Climb in Charlotte, NC. She lives in Charlotte with her husband and has two adult daughters.
